First biscornu swap - my design :)

Hi everyone,

This month I decided to join in a biscornu swap on Craftbubble. I have admired many other bloggers baskets and boxes of biscornu's and really wanted to get making and swapping some myself :)

I had an idea for a design when I signed up and I got making! :-) I sent it off (along with some chocolates :0) to my partner last week today it has arrived so I can show you all pictures!

Here is my first ever biscornu I have made and designed, It was so fun to make :0D:

I am soo pleased as my swap partner liked her biscornu! And my biscornu should be arriving tomorrow so I am very excited :o) It will be the first in my new collection!

I will be sure to post pictures.. and I will post up pictures of the cute and quirky swap related goodies I made too when my swap partner receives her parcel :)

Wicked word clouds!

Hola!

A while ago for a geography project I used Wordle it makes these really cool word clouds and the more the word is entered the larger it appears in the cloud. I hadn't used it for a while but I was checking out the website the other day and found that you can enter the link/url for a blog or website!..... sooo..... I entered my blog link and got this very beautiful cloud <3

I love it! and if you click the randomize button you can get your cloud in hundreds of different styles, fonts, background colours etc... :-)

I then got a bit carried away with creating and made this one too:

I just typed it loads of different yarn craft related words and this is what came out :) They are soo cool, once you start you'll be there for hours playing around :D 

Next I'm making one full of things that inspire me to put on my wall!

Marshmallow clouds! :3

Yolah!

The other day I reallllly wanted to make an amigurumi cloud, don't ask me why... I'm just a bit crazy! :0)

I went on Ravelry to try and find a pattern but I couldn't  find one for the kind of thing I wanted to make so I created my own pattern for what I like to call marshmallow clouds :3

 It took quite a few tries to get the pattern right, the first one I made came out basically as a triangle and the second was really flat, but I got there in the end:

This is the vanilla marshmallow cloud and then I went on and created the strawberry and mint marshmallow clouds!

Once I made one I couldn't stop, I want to make a whole collection of them, all in different flavours (colours) :)  

Next I want to make a grape (purple) marshmallow cloud and also make a blueberry (blue) one too.....

.......ooohhhh and a butter cream/lemon one (yellow), and a licorice (black) one! ooh, ooh, ooh and a candy floss (light pink) one!!!

 sorry, Ive gone off on one! :D
