Innocent big knit- Hatwalk!

I hope you are happy and well :)

Yes, the time has rolled around again for the Innocent Big Knit! I love taking part, though so far this year I have only managed 10 hats in between doing my uni work. I reckon I can fit in making a few more before the deadline is up but I wanted to show you the 10 I have sent in so far;

Rose hats! Hehe, I made some fabric roses using the technique I learnt on my bridal wear course at LCF. They look quite effective I think, and the cream ones really match the theme of my blog :P:

Next were a couple of mouse ones- I usually make a couple of these as they are always fun and pretty quick really!:

Hahaha, next Mcdonalds, or Moschino (That brand did a mcdonalds themed collection of clothing/accessories :P)- you decide! These are a fun Idea I came up with this year. I love mcflurrys so I thought I would pay homage to their creator :OP:

And last but not least some little bear ones. My nan gave me the sparkly brown yarn and the buttons were in a pack from my friend for my birthday one year:

I hope people like my little hats and that all the hatted bottles as part of the big knit fly off the shelves so Age UK get lots of money to put towards their good cause!

Im back, and a bit of an update :)

Hi  everyone!

 

I am back from my holiday now, I hope you all had super super happy New Year!!! :D Hehehe, I had a super time at Disneyland paris, here are some of the best holiday snaps:

My fave ride i went on was probably Space mountain on the last day with my mum, hehehe I thought it was going to be terrible so I was a bit nervous but it wasn't all that bad it was actually fun. In the shop I got a Tiana doll (from the Princess and the Frog) as her dress is my fave of all the princesses

In other news yesterday I went sale shopping and in John lewis I got a mini felt craft kit to make your own woodland friend felt toys, they are so suppperrr cute! The kit was by Paper and string, I reccommend checking out her blog/shop, all her felt kits are very sweet! I will post pics of my finished friends when they are done :-)

 

Soon I will also put up a pic of the purse I recently made from a kit my aunty got me for Christmas too.

Cousin's christmas present - done! :)

Hi guys,

Some of you may remember last year for Christmas I made my little cousin a knitted doughnut and some flower hair clips and this year I wanted to make her another special present because she is just so adorably cute! :3

My aunt always calls her Minnnie and she really loves to watch Mickey Mouse club house on Disney channel so I came up with the idea of making her some cute mouse ears and here they are:

Hehe :) I crocheted the ears and sewed the little bow and added them to tiny headband I bought, I had to find a small one as she is only 2 1/2!

I also bought the chocolate wand you can see in the picture too as last time she came round she was playing with the Mr potato heads me and my brother have and she loved the little wands that went with them :)

I hope she will like it!
